I enjoyed living there at the dielman lofts. The property manager Sherly is very helpful whenever you need help with anything associated with your place or question you may have. Would definitely rent from there again.
If you want to live close to downtown without a lot of the downtown hassle, this is an great option. Seven years as a resident and I really appreciate the size and convenience of the location. Property management and maintenance are super attentive and I like that I know them and they know me. People visiting the property usually ask about the proximity of the railroad tracks--you get used to it within a day or so, honestly. I've been a resident for over 2 years and I couldn't be any happier. Maintenance is on top of work orders and completed in a timely manner. Recommend this place!
