Bought a f150 from them, was told the frame was great and it had no issues and passes inspection, decided while I was there to pay 600$ to get it undercoated also! Come to find out there is a 16 inch hole in the bottom of my frame among others, I should be contacting the mdot as this would not pass inspection, the lying isn’t the worst part it’s the fact that they took the truck spent my money to undercoat it and didn’t even mention how bad the frame was, as I never would have payed to get it undercoated if it was this bad

We have purchased many vehicles from Diehl's and they are one of the best. Ben is who we always work with and there is little fuss when buying. I don't get pushed off to the next guy during the purchase process. I also don't hear "Let me check with my sales manager if that figure works" or "The finance guy can over that with you next." We work with Ben from start to finish. We are simple people who like simple processes. So, as long as the process continues to be this way, we will continue to make purchases at Diehl's Ford.
