We have purchased many vehicles from Diehl's and they are one of the best. Ben is who we always work with and there is little fuss when buying. I don't get pushed off to the next guy during the purchase process. I also don't hear "Let me check with my sales manager if that figure works" or "The finance guy can over that with you next." We work with Ben from start to finish. We are simple people who like simple processes. So, as long as the process continues to be this way, we will continue to make purchases at Diehl's Ford.

I love Diehl's Ford Sales Inc. I drive from Hagerstown Md just to get my oil changed and serviced.
Went in just looking around not sure about buying a new truck. Couldn’t find any trucks on the lot that suited my needs. Eric went out of his way and found the exact truck we were looking for elsewhere and had it delivered in. We got a fair deal and paperwork was a breeze. I plan on returning here for my next vehicle purchase.
