Horrible experience buying out my lease. I sent the details to the corporate office but I doubt anything will change.
They were nice, helpful and professional.
Will never use the service department again. They add a 3% service charge for using a credit card. After what they charge it is a disgrace.
My husband was texting Matt about a Corolla Toyota. We ended up going to the Diehl dealership in Butler. Matt was very nice and answered our questions. The team was very accommodating in helping my husband and I find what we wanted and needed.
We worked with Dave and he was great. Very informative and patient. He walked us through every step of the process and explained how everything in the vehicle worked. I would definitely go to Diehl again.
