DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE ONLINE SELF STUDY COURSES. As soon as I paid the fees, there were no courses listed in my queue. East coast company, so they close by 3 pm if you're on PST so there is no one to help. Their "support" and FAQ pages have 1 sentence answers and look like it was written by an 8th grader. I have taken multiple NMLS training courses with Scott, and they are always fantastic. He finds a way to make getting through hours and hours of mortgage rules/regulations/best practices training actually enjoyable! I highly recommend Diehl Mortgage Training and Compliance, and especially Scott Weghorst as an instructor that is clearly informed, proactive, and enthusiastic about educating others in the industry!
I want to start out by saying that everyone at Diehl is there to be an asset for you to reach whatever aspiration you have. They truly want to see you succeed and will do whatever they can to help. This was crucial for me not having prior mortgage lending experience and when studying for the SAFE exam, their classes, videos, and literature did a great job setting me up for success. I can say that I almost look forward to CE every year and it's because you guys create the content and conduct it. I did CE once last year that my company paid for and I will never use anyone except for Diehl & Associates for my CE and other training. I've referred you to everyone I like. Those that I don't like, I'm letting them suffer through all the boring, test-laden, dry dribble out there.
I completed my 20 Hrs of Pre-Test license training with Diehl and Associates in February of 2015 and took my exam for my NC mortgage license, I found that the 20 hrs course and the test preparation was a tremendous help for me in approving this exam. My sincere thanks to Scott, Steve, Lauren, Renee and the entire team of Diehl and Associates for helping me making this a very smooth and easy process.
I took the 20 hour prelicense course and the instructor was great. She kept it interesting the entire course. I learned a lot and it helped me pass my license test.
Recently completed the 20 hour webinar and hour review with Diehl. The class was made very easy to follow, there was ample time for questions and answers and lots of tips and tricks that helped me remember the material. I took my exam the next day and passed on my first attempt. Thanks Lauren, Scott and Steve. I'll see for my next round of continuing educational.
