Purchased 2026 Kia during negotiations I was supposed to get $6750. for my trade in. Contract was made out and trusting the sales manager I signed the contract without reading it. That was my mistake. The contract read $5500. for the trade in. After I caught the error I brought it the attention of the sales manager. Will never go back. First they gave me a hard time about my free oil change because I bought my car at Ken ganley. Then when they sent my inspection report it was a 10 second video of the side of my car and when I asked about it, they laughed and said oh well. Then I asked them to look at an issue for me and they didnât even look at it. Just said take it to Ken ganley as if they arenât Kia also. I have a lease from Kia and prolly wonât have another one after this. Zero starsÂ
