Only have 152 miles on the vehicle so far, but at this point still happy with my selection and the vehicle. Did notice the mpg is significantly lower due to the extreme cold weather.
I bought a car at Diehl Kia today and as much as I hate the process it was very very smooth. It started a few days ahead when I had been searching the internet for a car and called the dealer and Tom was absolutely amazing . He helped me through all the ones I was looking at. And we set up an appointment and he made the entire process absolutely awesome. He even got my registration done and called my insurance company for me. Great experience overall! I really appreciated that they arranged a ride for me to get to the dealership to pick up my car — that truly took the service to the next level. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I spent quite a long time at the dealership. I arrived a little after 1 PM and didn’t drive off the lot until around 6 PM.
