I visited Diehl of Beaver Falls to turn in my lease. Spencer Green was very friendly and informative about my new vehicle. He explained everything and keep me updated throughout the process. I forgot to give him the spare key to my old lease and delivered it the next day. He answered questions I had about the new vehicle very thoroughly. I would lease another vehicle from him again.
Had a GREAT experience with Diehl Kia of Beaver Falls when buying my 2026 Kia K4 GT Line Turbo!!!! Spencer was my sales rep and was wonderful to work with, was very helpful with any and all of my questions, then met me with the vehicle due to travelling from 3 hours away. Would def refer them to any friends or family looking to buy a Kia.
I called to get our 2024 Kia Sorento SX XPRO in for PA safety inspection, emissions inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and a 16,000 mile service. When I spoke to the service advisor to schedule the appointment I told him that a notification came on saying schedule service due, but we weren't sure what was needed. He said oh, that is just to have the air and cabin filters changed and the oil changed.
