Friendly salesman, however dont trust the service dept. Bought a used 2014 honda crv and noticed vibration during test drive , salesman re assured me the mechanics fixed any issues and went over it and gave my their approval. Well turns out it needs an entire new drive shaft ,and carrier bearing along with VTC actuator . Not honest people to do business with and dont trust them just bc they say they have honda certified techs. Get your own private inspection done before signing anything with these people .bc they wont value ... read more
Excellent experience! Love my new vehicle, working with Kodiak and Jessica was easy and they were very accommodating to our schedules. Excellent customer service. I would have given 5 stars but the vehicle itself despite being brand new was dirty. We bought the car close to closing time so I'm not sure if that was a factor but the car needed swept out, windows cleaned and a wash, tire shine was definitely used as it was all over the side of the car by the time we got home... Don’t know how to service a vehicle properly. I pay for dealership prices so it’s done right and they’re just as bad as a back yard mechanic. Bulls****
