Dont walk away…RUN! Diehl thinks this will go away! Wrong!! Service department sucks. CHECK BBB WEBSITE. Mis diagnosed several times only to have same problem or worse after spending over $3000. I was misdiagnosed several times before this for an oil leak as well and that was a very expensive mistake! Now I see why this place lost so many employees in the past month. Good communications pre-sale and while waiting for paperwork to be drafted.
Worked with Josh in service. Amazing service. Had vehicle at another dealer and they said they did not want to deal with my vehicles problem. Josh suggested an inspection first and did not find the "problems" the other dealer found. He was honest and forthcoming with his finding and suggested several other services that would save me time in the long run to perform now while they had the vehicle. I can't rave about the service enough. Quick, Fast, Honest, and Efficent.....look forward to using their services in the future.
