Unfortunately my experience with Diehl was not a 5! My husband and I dropped our car off after hours and I expected that they would call before noon the following day. They did not. I ended up calling after noon. I had an initial conversation about my car and it’s issues. I am new to Diehl. I just purchased an old 2004 Nissan Frontier. It is in good shape, but had 134k miles and I travel a Lot. I had read the good reviews online, so I decided to try. I was upfront that 1). I am not mechanical and 2). I am not loaded with money. After doing a large amount of preventive maintenance at my request (timing belt, water pump, tensioner, 3 seals, thermostat, antifreeze)...I also listed several other things that costs hundreds that I wanted done if needed, and I was assured they were almost like new a... read more
I had been using the Infiniti dealer for years to service my car but after using Diehl once, I won't take it back to the dealership for service again. They were professional, upfront about cost, clean, and timely. Please don't be turned off by the location. This company is a diamond in the rough. I learned of Diehl through a co-worker who has used them for years. I don't know if this helps you judge this review but I never write reviews and being an engineer, I am generally very critical of service.
