I had already a brakes and rotors inspection done by the dealership and apparently people should waste time and go there just to receive a quote for the job for it since they can’t do it over the phone. I guess their business is booming since they don’t mind losing a potential customer...

Made an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours. I was told 20 minutes when I made the appointment. The service was horrible.
I called this location and talked to a rep about tires, told him I need same day service, called ended in me making an appt. Got up early drove 35 mins only to find out the tires I wanted weren't in stock. They then tried to upsell me tires that we're almost double in price. Total bullshit.
I have sent my car in for the alternator which they originally put in wrong I have been trying to reach them all day to see what is going on with my car and each time I call they put me on hold for over 45 min. Not sure what is going on with my car but I am very frustrated that I have not had any call or anything to see what the progress is. Never again will I take my car to this place ever. And I plan on getting it looked at after to make sure they did it right. You are the worst!
I told the tech to put 34psi air on all 4 tires and I checked later and it was low. Didn't listen to my request. The service write up.
Visited today with a dead car battery and it was replaced for free (because we were within the 3 year warranty) I didn't even have to ask about it, they looked it up and told me it was still covered from when I visited last time. The guys are all so friendly and helpful. Thank you!
