The doctor is very knowledgeable and thorough. He's attentive and friendly. His staff is great. I came in on a referral from another urologist. I had an initial visit and my wait time in their clean waiting room was a short 15 minutes. I had a revisit scheduled for 4 weeks. During that time my catheter bag (installed by my prior urologist) had sprung a leak. I called them they had me come that day and took me right away. They are very friendly and kind.

DR RUBINOWITCZ ,GAVE ME A FULL FULL EXAMINATION ,LISTENED TO MY COMPLAINTS.HE THEN CALLED THE E.R. AT WELLINGTON REGIONAL FOR AN IMMEDIATE ADMITTANCE . I HAD TOTAL DEHYDRATION ,LOW B.P 86/57 AND A LOW GRADE INFECTION. HE SAVED MY LIFE.... THANKS DOC WILLIAM CUSHING

I am young for someone that could not get through 2 hours of sleep (at the most) without having to urinate and most doctors used that to disqualify me from having a real problem. Thanks to Dr R's real concern for my quality of life he was able to help me and change my health in a way that going to a doctor does not usually do. I am thankful to have found a doctor that is willing to get to the bottom of a health issue and solve it. Thanks for changinf my life to Dr Rubinowicz and his staff.

The most disrespectful staff I have encountered. Every single time you call or visit its nothing but rude and condescending comments. I am amazed that this doctor allows this behavior.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Rubinowicz to anyone needing Urological care, especially those that might have had less than acceptable care at other Urologists. I suffered for over a year with catheterizations & urine bags along with testicular infections. I had a TURP done by another Doctor, that did NOT remedy my urinary problems, but Doctor Rubinowicz's expertise in surgery repaired what others failed to do. Dr Rubinowicz performed a Rezum procedure on my prostate. It was a complete success ( prior to the procedure I was getting up around 5 times during the night to urinate). Since the procedure, I am not getting up at all. It's been 6 months since the procedure and I recently had my checkup and my results were excellent. Dr Rubinowicz was very understanding and took his time on my first visit. Explained options and recommendations. His outpatient procedure was done quickly and pleasantly. Worst Dr ever. Very disrespectful towards patients and lacks professionalism. Staff is extremely rude. Would never recommend to anyone.
