Very disappointed at the office. They won't refill my prescription. They won't answer the phone. I have to drive to the office to find out why they won't refill my prescription. Very disappointed. It's time to look for a new doctor.
Paloma at front desk left me on hold for 15 while i’m a new patient and then hung up on me! Unfortunately I called back to another young lady who was even worse and hung up the phone while I was giving her information. They are ready to go home and mistreat new patients! Dr. Diego I heard great stuff about you but because of your front desk unprofessional behavior I will gladly take my family elsewhere.
The MAJORITY of the women in this office appear inexperienced. When doing referrals, they do not send all demographics or info of patient such as bloodwork, correct address, phone numbers, and copy of ID. When patients arrive at their referral appointment, they have to go through unnecessary issues before being seen. Not only that, its not even 12 noon and they have already stopped answering the phones. Would I recommend Dr. Ferro, heck no.
