I keep telling my husband to get a new doctor. He's in his 80s and they treat him horribly they are constantly getting paper work wrong creating more stress for us. Worst doctor and office staff we have ever delt with
Very disappointed at the office. They won't refill my prescription. They won't answer the phone. I have to drive to the office to find out why they won't refill my prescription. Very disappointed. It's time to look for a new doctor.
Paloma at front desk left me on hold for 15 while i’m a new patient and then hung up on me! Unfortunately I called back to another young lady who was even worse and hung up the phone while I was giving her information. They are ready to go home and mistreat new patients! Dr. Diego I heard great stuff about you but because of your front desk unprofessional behavior I will gladly take my family elsewhere.
