My family has been going here for years back when Dr Spracher was there but now this group doesn’t care about your health. My daughter tried to get in cause she couldn’t breathe very well they told her they could see her next month so took her to ER and they ran tests and found 2 clots in her lungs so I am glad I didn’t wait for Frerro
I have been a patient of Dr. Ferro since 2012. I hadn't seen him in a long time and made an appointment to be seen in May. I just got a phone call telling me that he is only taking Medicare Advantage plans and I should check to see if I can change my coverage, otherwise he will no longer be my physician. I am truly disappointed as he is a very good physician. Lee Ann Maki

OK so as I'm getting ready for this appointment the day before. Office people call to tell me they no longer accept Medicare Supplemental. The week prior they had taken my cards, made copies,and all was ready for my first vist. Incompetent office people!!!
