Dr Diego Martin Caivano was the worst Dr I’ve ever encountered! He was so condescending!!! He lacked empathy and the manner in which he spoke to me wasn’t ok!! I literally walked out crying because how he made me feel!!! I wish my primary dr was available. She on the other hand is caring and knowledgeable! Unlike Dr Diego Martin Caivano! I hope I never get assisted by him ever again!!!!
Had a pretty scary experience with an injury to my face. I was terrified to go to the ER because of past negative (very negative) experiences... However, Dr. Diego Caivano really turned that around for me. What stood out the most to me was how empathatic and kind he was. He really listened to me, made me feel heard and understood - and then directed me to additional health professionals that could further help (at Cedars).
