Spoke with salesman about a vehicle and drove an hour to purchase it and the vehicle had been wrecked and salesman failed to disclose it.
Big shout out to the parts department! I needed a very hard to find belt for my Chevy truck. The parts guys printed out the dealerships in America that had the belt and emailed pictures of those printouts to me. I immediately began calling. On the fourth call (in Pennsylvania ) I secured the belt, the dealership there shipped it to my home address, and now my truck is fixed and back on the road! What tremendous customer service! Thanks a million!
They charged $160 for an evaluation, waste of time and money, gave a second chance for them to change our mind from a previous bad experience. The prices are outrageous. Absolutely ridiculous. We definitely won't be returning.
