After having incredible difficulty getting a car from another dealership in Weslaco Texas, my wife and I came across Dieffenbach. We were very specific in the car we wanted and even customized it a little bit. Dieffenbach was able to get the job done. The salesman Roger was great. The owner/manager Jeff was also incredibly helpful. It is always a great feeling when you speak directly to the owner over the phone. Irresponsible parts department, I was misquoted twice this august and eventually went to griffin Nissan just for my parts. Service is rude and careless with communication. I don’t appreciate the disrespect as a customer. As someone who has had several cars worked on, this is the worst dealership I can honestly say i’ve been to as i’ve lived here my whole life and I am now 45. SAVE YOUR MONEY, they will upcharge you. i’m not the type to leave reviews, especially negative ones, rockingham can do better than this!!!
This is my second experience at this location within a year. Hopefully, we plan to continue our business with future purchases. Robbie was top notch and took care of my family. Superior customer service
& I Mean never take your car to  dieffenbach Chevrolet in Rockingham for a thing !!! The worst place I’ve been to a that mandi that sits in the service department almost caught it today! But i didn’t let her get me out of character but Her attitude a the lies she made up … when the mechanic told her the problem is crazy!
