Love this place!! Lattes and matchas are to die for! Staff is always so kind and friendly :) You can order drinks through the Joe app, where you can earn points and what not, which I love. FYI, the counter for the drive thru is pretty high!
Worst customer service! Made an online order to get coffee quickly. (Paid extra for it) there was no way to come just pick it up quickly besides waiting in line just like everyone else. When we got there, no one was serving anyone at the window, one of the girls even left and we spent over 20 minutes waiting
I’ve only ordered delivery from here through Uber Eats, but they’ve always been very quick to prepare my order for pickup by the delivery driver. I usually go for their custom energy drinks, and they’re not only really tasty but also genuinely effective at giving me a boost and helping me get through the day. You can tell they put care into how the drinks are made and presented. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for something to kickstart your morning or just want a good treat!
