Very dissatisfied! Our mortgage lender contacted this company through he process of AMC. We scheduled the appraisal on the 5th of May, with the understand it would take less than one week. Our payment was cashed on the 7th and services were not provided for several weeks. We finally received an appraisal report on May 26th, three days before our closing date.
