Worst experience of my life. They promise you help but once you get there the staff is rude & belittling. They give you a few facility options but when you contact them they are all full. Then they discharge you with no warning & no place to go after no help or growth. They are all about collecting your insurance money but offer no actual support. If you truly need help any other CRTP is a better option.

Got discharged after three days dislocated my knee and had a seizure and some staff were helpful and kind but some were some of the meanest inconsiderate "humans" with absolutely no patience. I really hope that they get new kind more patient staff. very very disappointed.

When I newly got sober and was struggling with mental health issues excelsior House was nothing like I have ever been to before especially living in Orange county my whole life it was definitely an eye-opening experience and the staff are so amazing and help me get up back on my feet, very grateful for this place.
