They are very very professional woman, however, they don't listen !!!!! I just got my hair braided 12/4/2020 & i got microbraids. I asked for my braids to be the same all over. I'm sitting on the couch currently & I fill the middle of my scale & some of these braids are in a french braid style which is not what I asked for. Mind you I asked her a second time after she started braiding my hair to ensure that ALL braids were the same size and their not. The oldest female took out my hair and gave me head sores. performing a braiding hairstyle that I never asked for and was too tight. demanded payment. The service is horrible.
