Excellent customer service, easy to communicate with, easy to set up services and maintenance plans with them.
I've had nothing but good service from Didato's. I've been on their premium plan for nearly two years and they are always responsive and friendly. When you call, you always get a person, never a bot.
Do not do business with this company. They claim to have made a delivery to my property without my permission and with no prior contact or contract and have gone to the steps of getting lawyers involved over a disputed $200. We have requested multiple times to speak with the owner of this business and have received nothing but a condescending letter to "do the right thing", and invoices for a delivery that was never called for.
