Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this psychiatrist's office clean? It was satisfactory Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
