I have a 3 year old 5th wheel with a roof that’s separating from the structure. I’ve been in contact with the warranty department for over 2 months trying to get a resolution. 1st I was told it was an issue with parking my unit under trees, which I don’t ever do. 2nd I was told it appeared to be caused by a leak, possibly from an A/C unit or solar panel, which my servicing dealer has already said is not the issue. We came across the vendor, Dicor (An Airxcel Brand) during the 2025 FROG Rally in Goshen, IN. We met Allena, “The Shady Lady”. We were having issues with our blinds in the camper. After a brief chat, she walked all the way to our camper to see for herself. Allena looked around, determined what we needed to fix the problems and provided some of the necessary parts. She even made a special return trip to the rally to give us everything else that we needed. Allena gets 5+ Stars from this customer. 😁. Thank you, Allena.
