Well...i read the reviews. I have always tried to be the person who decides for myself so we tried it. First time...fine. 2nd time. The young male working was great. Very pleasant and helpful. The blonde short haired woman with glasses was very rude. We have a paper plate for a new vehicle so it wouldn't read it. I went inside. There was no one inside and the lady was working inside the actual wash. I caught her attention and she said 1 minute. I waited while she took care of a car. My vehicle got scratched going through this car wash...They claim it didn't happen there but it did. They're not going to do anything about it. Beware going through here. Update I got a email from corporate asking me to go in to fill out a form and take pictures of the scratches.Well I went in filled out the form and they took pictures of the scratches.
