Great communication and extremely flexible with customers/Tennant. Follow up very quickly and offer alot of support in whatever you may need.
This was the first place we called. Had to fill out 2 separate applications even though we are married Found a house we were interested in. Spoke to Nick explaining our pet situation and ask if he would contact the owner to see if they were okay with 3 pets. He did not want to do that as we are 2nd in line. David Martin and his team are phenomenal!! and I would rent from them again!!! I was not an easy tenant to deal with and after I moved out I wish I never did!!! Keep up the good work David Martin team!!!!
Mike Mitchell was awesome! Great work, friendly, quick, and professional, and on time. Easy to tell him the problems. And he fixed them no issues.
