Predatory realty company for sure. Make sure you read your lease top to bottom front to back. They don't advertise the properties with the fees and they fail to mention it until you pay the application fee. They charge $55 a month for a resident benefits package and don't supply you with the agreed upon air filters. Most likely to charge you for HVAC damage down the line. They cut every corner to make sure their properties are "rent ready". If you have self respect, don't rent from these people. They sure won't have respect ... read more

The electric company was great. The electrician did a great job and was very professional and came to help early. Never reached anyone at Dickson although Dawson told me an electrician would be here Saturday morning no one ever showed up so I called the company and Shannon the owner was wonderful. She said she hadn’t heard anything from anyone and they didn’t work on the weekend but she promised to get someone here early Monday morning and she did never got a response from Dickson or the new 24 seven maintenance meld that is... read more
