Do not go through this company until you have done a full inquiry on the residence you’re applying for. They will give you the runaround just for the sake of having that application fee that is nonrefundable. They leave listings up on their website, implying it’s available when they already chosen an applicant.
Leo was awesome! He was on time both times he came by, he was polite and cheerful, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to install our dishwasher correctly even though it took some finagling.
