It’s pretty sad that you have signed a contract for a month and have not heard from them with the exception of the maintenance coordinator getting the house fixed. We will not put any drainage clog liquid to the toilet, when second evaluation keep say it’s water tank of toilet problem not welling listen me explain it’s nothing to do the tank it’s major issues it’s the toilet clog easier and we don’t flash any thing down to toilet, we used the waste basket , anyway so far it’s no issue but finger cross as hopefully not clog and hard to flash Thanks
This is the worst experience I have ever encountered. We signed with them to rent our house back in February. It is now the middle of March and I have not heard a single word from them with the exception of I need to give them this much money to get the house fixed and that wasn’t even from them that’s from the coordinator. I don’t know what’s going on with the house. I have not had any communication in a month and to me that is very very poor service.
