The Martin team was very helpful, especially Larisa Villegas. The choice of Trade work Professional was great. Mike; there technician was great and new his job well.
Impossible to talk to a human being. My wife and I were looking to rent from the Dickson team. There was a home in our neighborhood that we were interested in, and after 3 phone calls, two emails, and several text messages, I only received automated and AI responses. Immediately turned us off from renting from your team. If it’s this hard to give you my money, I cannot imagine how difficult it would be to get service from you.
I am currently a renter. I met Johnny who did my walk through and he was absolutely wonderful. Very kind and sincere. He worked promptly to handle any concerns! Thank Johnny for great professionalism and customer service, I appreciate you!
Responds very quickly when services are needed. Often same day turn around for maintenance. Staff is very kind Holly and Zack have been wonderful to work with.
