Jaden from Dicksen Martin Real Estate in Reno Commissioned RJ landscaping to Repair water leaks on my rental property that no one else could accomplish! our $160 plus water bills are now down to $30… After many months of plumbers showing up that could not find any leaks! Do not go through this company until you have done a full inquiry on the residence you’re applying for. They will give you the runaround just for the sake of having that application fee that is nonrefundable. They leave listings up on their website, implying it’s available when they already chosen an applicant.
Leo was awesome! He was on time both times he came by, he was polite and cheerful, thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to install our dishwasher correctly even though it took some finagling.
To be honest I don’t really put a bad review but the realtor that works here are so rude!
