I am a recent employee of Dickson testing company on second shift. The wages here are a complete and total joke. They start cutters and machinists off between 17-19$ an hour, and if you are a woman in the shop be prepared to make the least amount of money. There is no training modules. You will get a couple of hours at best, and then basically told to sink or swim. There is a lot of drama in this shop as well. Too much politics to be played.
