Avoid for rentals. Where do I begin? This company will attempt to hike up the security deposit for the sole purpose of pocketing it at the end of the lease. The owner never sees it. They will send you made up bills ($1500 for lawn "clean up") and whatever is left after they pocket it. Maintenance requests takes months to resolve. Very unresponsive, rude, and most importantly, dishonest.
