Did not handle things in a professional manner and allowed the owner the continuously break the terms of the lease without and repercussions. They side with the owner and could care less about the tenants.
The Martin team manages three rental homes for me and do a excellent job.
Ripped me off of my deposit and another family member. If you don't use their cleaning company and their carpet cleaning company they stated you are throwing your money away. They will use their cleaning services and charge you anyway no matter what the house looks like.

I rented from the team for most of the past year (they have turned my current property over to a Dickson colleague, Wayne Marken). To be fair, I'm not always the easiest person to get a hold of and sometimes my busyness and theirs combined made for some serious phone tag when scheduling for minor repairs. But whenever I needed to email David directly on something, I always got a prompt response from him and the issue was quickly addressed. I would definitely rent from David's team again.
