I read the reviews before calling Dickson for repairs I needed. I was set up with a time a tech would be by, tech showed up could NOT find a leak on either of the toilets that I requested service on replaced a $5 flapper and charged me $165 ..... SMH...and now three days later the toilet is still running

Service technician was on time, diagnosed the problem went to get the necessary parts and was done in no time. A plumbing issue is never fun, but when you can get it repaired timely, saves you money in the end. Thank you, Donnie/Dickson Plumbing.
