When I went to get my results of my CT scan that I was told to go get and return for the results. The doctor was not very pleasant. I sat in the exam room for 40 minutes, so I went out to him and ask him if they forgot me and he said no, we are just real busy. How long does it take to tell somebody about a CT scan? I was not pleased with my experience and will not return to Orthgo.
Great service and support. Quick with appointments and referrals. Was really impressed with their quick responses and attention to details.
Everyone was professional, gave very good explanations, and was courteous and kind
