I placed an on-line order to send my grandmother b-day flowers. 4 days later they called to say they didn't even carry those flowers and that the delivery charge would be more than the web said. As I was telling them I was disappointed that the website was so inaccurate, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. Unbelieveable! When I called back to ask them to cancel my order, they said "I already did" and hung up on me again. I would NEVER use or recommend them!
They always deliver the most beautiful flower arrangements for a reasonable price. They even double check all my Teleflora orders for accuracy.
