The owner is nice but always has a reason for not being able to work on my camper. I won't waste my time with them anymore

James and BB are the greatest. They go out of their way to help. Bought our Jayco Eagle from them in 2017. Love the trailer. Love the way they take care of their customers. There is not enough words to describe how great, caring and considerate these two are.
I called today regarding service repair for our Forest River Puma Travel Trailer and the man yelled at me and asked why don't I take it where I bought it from. I explained to him that its a 4 month wait right now and he told me that's common sense. I was calling them because they are closer to me than going all the way across the Bay. and hoping to get it fixed sooner since my son uses it for his traveling job. Will not ever call on them again.
