Brought my geriatric, diabetic cat to meet Dr. Whitesell today, and am so glad I did. Dr. Whitesell was completely knowledgeable about all of my cat's issues, and she spent quite a bit of time with me discussing all of my concerns about her health problems. Hands down the best veterinary experience I've ever had, and am so happy and relieved to take my cat to a doctor who seems to understand her condition and also understands how much her human worries about her �
Dr. Hovis was so good with my sweet boy Lil Bit and so compassionate. Thank you and all the staff they treated him with so much kindness. Words cannot express how much I appreciate the way he helped me and my husband with the decision we had to face with so much care. Thank you so much Dr. Hovis for the kindness you showed for our Lil Bit he will be missed but no more pain.
I could not be happier. My husband and I have 4 furbabies and we want to know whomever cares for them is knowledgeable and cares. I have been going to Dickson Animal Clinic for years and when l got married, moved to SC. Well we tried looking for a vet. We could be happy with and well l drive 35 to 40 min away just to get quality care for my babies. The Vets and staff are caring and the best. I refuse to try and find another place, worth the drive.
Drs Spencer and Hovis are the best vets you could find anywhere! They have cared for my 3 Yorkie babies for over 30 years for various treatments and illnesses. Hard to believe, but they took care of my young sickly Jordie for about 1 year, my next dog Target for 15 years, and then finally, my Seiko for almost 16 years. At the end, they helped me say goodbye and let go of my precious babies who suffered from kidney failure. Such care and compassion! Highest recommendations!
I had the best experience at this clinic. My dog DIESEL is very comfortable with staff and they provide the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
They are amazing! Stayed hours late on a Saturday to talk me thru how to care for my diabetic dog. Dr. Hovis returns texts and phone calls at all hours of the day and night. Dr. Whitesell cared for my rescue that tested heart-worm positive and was so patient with him. They really care for my fur babies!
Love Dr Spencer and everyone that is part of this clinic. Everyone very loving of your pets and treat you like family. You can't go wrong no matter who you see at Dickson AC.
