My both tires on the right side of my vehicle were damaged during my transit on I-20 highway. Thankfully Chad handled the whole event as a true professional and also helped to get my wheel alignment done on the same day, I'm really impressed by the expertise and professionalism shown by the staff in repairing my car. I am not used to no nonsense, yet friendly and funny coming from mechanics, but here we are with Dick’s Tire Pros. Mr. D and crew works with you. They are fast, efficient, and no bull. They are reasonably priced and are considerate. I lived in the area for almost 4 years and Dick’s is always my go to for car service. They haven’t let me down yet.
Everybody that works here is good at what they do. From the 2 young ladies in the front to the hard workers in the back. Special shout out to chad and joddy. I would definitely reccomend anybody in need of some help to call them up. Made us feel welcome and really enjoyed talking with everyone there. Very professional and well trained staff. Got us out of a pinch when we thought we had no solution. Thanks again to everone at Dicks Tire Pros!!
