Went to Great Lakes Mall store today to look at shoes with my son and daughter. My son was very aware that 2 of their employees were blatantly laughing at him. No one ever offered us assistance the entire time. I left the store and called and asked for the store manager. When someone finally answered the phone he told me the store manager was on lunch. Bought a maxfli golf bag organizer. Got home and it seemed odd that it looked like it was retaped . Started to assemble it and its missing a major part. Someone returned it and they just taped it up and put it back on the shelf. Now they want me to drive 40 minutes to bring it in instead of fixing your mistake and send me the right part. Not the first time ive had issues at this store. Ill never be back
