The staff was snooty. They acted half offended by me asking where the fishing section was. By the way, did you know this Dick's has no fishing section? Like... at all? what kind of so-called "sporting goods" store doesn't have a fishing section? I know they got rid of guns because of shootings, but fishing!? I guess it's fine if you want ball-related sports gear. But it's more of a glorified sports-themed clothing shop than an actual "sporting goods" store. RecommendedThanks to Jeremy at Dicks! Walked in to buy a new inner liner for my son’s bike and he told me that they replace them for a small fee. It was fixed in no time. Jeremy was very professional, helpful, and kind!

Kudos to Dick’s for remedying an issue! Bought a ping pong 🏓 table, put it together and noticed some damage afterwards that was obviously there out of the box. Didn’t want to have to take it apart again and return it (it was still functional) so they ended up giving us 25% of our money back!!!
Drove 40 minutes to get a pair of boots called the store before I even left I get to the store and guess what no rocky boots even in the store the lady told me yes they had rocky ironclad tie up boots checked every shelf in the store... ILL NEVER SHOP AT DICKS AGAIN! Lost a customer that spent alot of money in that store..
Nice store, A very small selection on sunglasses and ammo, can't believe they don't carry Gore-Tex

Went in on the way intention of purchasing new work boots. Seen the ones I liked but didn't have my size. Ok sales lady came over and asked if I needed help and seen anything I liked. I said yeah I'm interested in these boots but I don't see my size. She's like what size I'm a size 13 asked if there was any in the back or could have ordered them she said no and walked away.
