Just purchased an $80 some pair of shoes for our son. Cashier, named Jordy, was the grumpiest young man with absolutely no idea of what customer service is. Horrible experience!
Absolutely horrible costumer service. I was told by one employee he had no idea how to help me with a pick up. After being directed to a new employee I was told he couldn't help me because he wanted to go to lunch. I eventually gave up on my pick up (an item I already bought) and returned it. Never have I returned an item without even being able to go it out of the store. There are plenty of other sporting goods stores. I'll be shopping at one of them from now on.
