So glad they opened a store in town! Dick's Sporting Goods has everything that you would ever be looking for when it comes to sporting equipment! The store is laid out very nicely and categorized so it is easy to find the specific items that you are shopping for . The associates will give you recommendations if you just ask and I have always been happy with the items that I have purchased. The lines are never long either. It is easily accessible right off of Oneida Street so you don't have to go out of your way to go there.
RecommendedAwesome staff and customer service today considering I jumped the gun on an online order that ended up not being in stock. I dealt with the Store Manager, and 3 associates while I was there. Made a bike purchase and everyone was extremely great.
Returned everything my wife bought from this company today... buying my sporting goods elsewhere like at Cabelas, Amazon, and other local small businesses that support the Second ammendment... will NEVER support a communist run shithole company
FALSE ADVERTISING ON THE CHRISTMAS GUARANTEE DELIVERY. DON`T ADERTISE IT IF YOU CANT PULL THROUGH
We purchased a treadmill on Black Friday and told we would recieve a call for delivery on Monday, Tuesday at the latest. As of today, 7 days later we have not had one call, text or email. I have called 3 times, spoke with two different managers, the last one stating he would call me right back. That was three hours ago. I would not recommend purchasing anything you can not walk out of the store with immediately.
I just want to give a shout out to Nate for giving me great customer service yesterday! There was some confusion with a coupon and a baseball discount that was being offered...he fixed the problem with my receipt immediately, no questions asked!
