I shop here quite often actually, and surprisingly, I almost always have the same cashier, Eric at the Richfield location. I just want to give props to Eric. He's always smiling, super nice, super courteous. In a world where most of us just complain, I want to make sure that Eric gets some accolades for being a great employee and I always leave with a smile because of him.

Last night my husband and I had the BEST customer service experience at the Richfield location. I was looking for a winter jacket and the selection was pretty picked over. But Elizabeth came to our rescue! She was amazing! She knew exactly the jacket I was talking about and told us since it wasn't in store she could order it for me and get the same in store deal.
