Horrible experience at this dicks location. My daughter was playing with a hockey sticks we were going to buy till my son 18 was told not to play with it because going to ruin the floor and stick. We did not buy the stick after the employee was very rude. Then we waited forever to find someone to help us in the shoe department finally found someone and they took forever getting shoes. Will never return to support this company again. Anti 2nd amendment and full of sales people who have no idea what their talking about or doing. Hope this company meets the same end as sports authority.
Sneaker department was poor at best. Spent most of the time trying to find someone to get shoes from the back. Very poor stock on sizes. The store was pretty much a ghost town when it came to finding employees for help.
I am a happy customer when i walk in! Very nice staff ,except for this one older gentlemen. When i havent been to this store. All i did was ask where is the cashier check out!!!
The basketball sneakers are over priced and the department needs better customer services.
Need more Philadelphia Sports team items, alot of Giant items collecting dust
