The job is not complete! They took 2 downspouts and did not replace them. There is bad caulking around the flashing and on the window glass, and scuffed-up siding. There is a big punch list that needs to be done. We ordered custom colored gutters, and they mixed and matched blue to white. They made two holes in the ceiling. We requested the C.O.I. and have not yet received it. We have ordered an independent roof inspection. Don’t expect them to pull a permit before they start work, don’t expect them to give you a certificate of insurance which the law requires them to, and then expect threatening and bullying texts when you stand up for your rights as a consumer who’s over 60 and they are committing elder abuse.  Also, the required lien waivers. They don’t have to bother with that either.  The job is absolute garbage.  There are huge problems with how the flat roof was put on.  We were supposed to get a platinum warranty from Owens Corning but ... read more

Big job at harbor park. They got paid I’m sure. Gross negligence roofed over dryer vents. Homeowners unaware. Using their dryers and gas coming into their homes. Call to get therm to fix it and they really don’t care. Seriously find a roofer who cares about doing a safe job. Stay away from dicks. I still can’t use my dryer.
