emkems. The same thing happened to me too. Not only that, the old lady comes over, knocks on my door, hands me my bill and rudely tells me to pay the bill. And the bill was twice the amount.
Very disappointed!! I was told that my service was going to be about $100 and the bill came back almost double that!! Not only that, but they didn't even get the job done the first time and I had to call back within the week because I was having the same problem. When I called to see what they could do about my bill, the lady was completely unwilling to work with me at all. I will NOT be using them again in the future!
