I've been buying and getting equipment serviced from Dick and Les since the early 1980s.
Walked into this place to have them look at my chain saw. This guy looks at me, and says, "Well you got the chain on backwards" ok, now what? He insulted me, was rude and didnt offer any help. Wont be back here.
