Went in to get my cpap machine, Becky was awesome, super nice and thorough through thd whole process.
The repairman sent to service my Mom’s home oxygen unit (Todd) was incredibly responsive and extremely polite and friendly. He is awesome and Dick’s is very lucky to have him as an employee and representing their company. Their customer service is excellent and everyone I have had contact with at the Gettysburg locations deserves the highest praise and recognition.
VERY rude ladies in the office. Poor customer service. Let your insurance handle communication because they are more interested in proving they are right instead of addressing the issue and providing any kind of care for people.
These guys are fabulous! After running into an emergency when my mom's oxygen concentrator stopped working while camping 2 hours away from home, Dick's Homecare helped us out. Special shout out to Todd who went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of after hours! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Thanks all!
