The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The employees always make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Hoping to start ordering supplies on line or find another store.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Voiced my concerns to main office was told I would hear back from owner - still waiting to hear from them. Shows they are not concerned how customers are treated. I cancelled and had equipment picked up - going with a different company.
This place is simply amazing. Twice now we have had issues with a hospital bed that is no longer their concern and they have gone out of their way (like to our home!) to help us. These are caring sweet people...and YES Mike should get a raise : ) !
