Very good customer service! I needed flowers delivered to my mother at a nearby hotel for her birthday & they answered right away & were able to take care of everything. Very friendly. It's a tad pricey but totally worth it for peace of mind and same day service.
Two orders and not delivered on time.
Order not delivered. Placed the day to deliver and after called them to confirm the time. Firstly they said they don't have flowers I ordered I asked to bring others instead. But others not delivered as well .... very bad.
Patient, thorough, and detailed... From our planning meetings to the wedding day, all went smoothly. Our wedding arrangements were gorgeous! Bridal bouquet, wedding party flowers, all corsages, ceremony arrangements on pedestal & on arch, and fresh cut arrangements at the reception... PERFECTION!!! Thank you, Larry and team!
My soon to be boyfriend sent me flowers to my office and I'm assuming all went well on his end - I'm very satisfied on the receiving end the girl who dropped them off was very sweet. The flowers are full, beautiful, and smell great -everyone in my office is asking about them.
