Not ever again Worse service I have ever had by a business in my life. I bought my boat there, and I love it, but when i tried to add the accessories to the boat. They never did get it right. Their idea of fixing it was not returning my calls. Totally unprofessional in every way. I'll go out of my way to avoid doing business with them again. I still shake my head. I spent about $35,000 - $38,000 and be treated like that???
The last place on earth I would go back to I dropped 2 small outboard motors off on June 6, 2010 for tune ups. They called back about TWO WEEKS later with a repair bid for both motors. The time frame was 2 to 3 weeks. The Evinrude was done in a few weeks, mid to late July. They said they had to order a carb kit for the Mercury and it would be done in a week.
