Worts customer service experience ever the lady on the phone always have a attitude WORST OF THE WORST
Called about a tow notice on vehicle on behalf of company. They told me it's a federal holiday and said we shouldn't be open. Before I could tell them we don't own the car they hung up saying call tomorrow.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They employ the world's rudest phone representative. She has no empathy or understanding, values her quiet time more than addressing customer concerns, and has absolutely no time management skills. I would never hire her for any position. She is a stain on the business.
They stole my car, Im working with the sheriff dept now. The old laddie in front is a disgusting person always have the worst attitude for the costumers
