If there was a zero I would give it! Contacted Dick's heating a month ago and explained we were selling our home and our heat pump did not work and needed to be in perfect condition by 5/31. We got an appointment 2 weeks out for the only technician they had that worked on our specific brand of pump. The technician came out, started working on it, showed me that it "worked" by turning on the AC and air came out. We paid $1,200.00 for the repairs.
