This was a terrible experience. My dog was attacked and bitten multiple times. When I brought her in, they missed several injuries and only took care of a couple. The missed injures became infected. I called the clinic multiple times and was just told not to worry. The infection became a serious abscess. When I called the office again, they said it was too close to closing time and they would not help me. The abscess ruptured overnight and I took her in the next day. I took my dog there and went quite a few times as he was having problems as he got older. He was almost 13. He had a problem with bloating. On Oct 28 2015 I called the vet to tell him I thought he was bloating and should I be worried. He said I have never seen a dog (I forgot the word he used) that lays around die from bloat. You don't need to worry. That night he went into full bloat and I rushed him to Kalamazoo emergency vet and his stomach had twisted. So they did surgery and it was pretty bad.
