Receptionist vowed that your law firm does NOT offer any patent or IP related legal service, and refused to transfer to the call to your IP department. She asked "What is the IP department going to do?" She then screened the calls and refused to answer any from the number. Who hired this unqualified receptionist to answer calls, and was she hired as a family or friend?? A shocking first ever experienced from any law firm.
Matt McLeod does not pass the stress test; He likes to insult opposing counsel by saying things like "sorry you are unable to compute". Professionalism? -1000/10
Absolutely unprofessional. I asked multiple circus clowns at this "law" firm a simple question. No response. Despite "urgent question" in the title for a friend. As a business owner - multiple business owner - coming from a family of professionals (doctors, lawyers, JUDGES) I wouldn't trust ANY of them to mow my lawn.

Great firm with a nice recruiting process. Everyone is very friendly and the office is beautiful.
