JB Hunt partnered with Dickinson Fleet Services to convert over 35 swing door trailers to roll door trailers. To be successful, the correct parts had to be ordered and effective communication between JB Hunt and Dickinson was a must. Dickinson excelled in both areas. In addition, they converted the trailers very quickly, which allowed us to use our now roll door trailers earlier than expected. We are thankful to have partnered with Dickinson Fleet Services!
I dropped my fleet vehicle off this morning at 7:00 and 9:45 comes around and they hadn’t even started working in my vehicle. This is not conducive for a work vehicle service place since I then was told it wouldn’t be ready until later in the afternoon and therefore would lose my whole work day
